Bluebonnets & Bows Pettiskirts will be worn in a National Level Dance competition by the youth dance teams of Dancer's E.D.G.E. from Tennessee. These custom designed & embellished pettiskirts and pettitop outfits are stunning. From head to toe, these girls will be "decked out" with Bluebonnets & Bows pettiwear.
